The Lord is Your Shepherd

Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. And, God's peace will mount guard over your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7). Be earnest and unwearied and steadfast in your prayer life, being both alert and intent in your praying with thanksgiving (Colossians 4:2). Pray at all times in the Spirit with all manner of prayer and entreaty. To that end, keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (Ephesians 6:18). Pray with your spirit by the Holy Spirit, that is within you, but also pray intelligently with your mind and understanding; sing with your spirit, but sing with your mind and understanding also (I Corinthians 14:15). The Holy Spirit will come to your aid and bear you up in your weakness; for sometimes you will not know what prayer to offer nor know to offer it worthily as you ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet your supplication and pleads in your behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance (Romans 8:26).

The Lord is your Shepherd, prayer, be refreshed, be restored, lie down in green pastures, God hears you
Pray and Be Refreshed

So, be unceasing in your prayers. Thank God in everything no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks, for this is the will of God for you who is in Christ Jesus (I Thessalonians 5:17-18).

In the morning, may God hear your voice; in the morning prepare a prayer for Him and watch and wait for Him to speak to your heart (Psalm 5:3). May your prayer go before Him and you really enter into His Presence; He will incline His ear to your cry (Psalm 88:2)! For the prayer of the upright is His delight (Proverbs 15:8b). So, sing and rejoice, O Daughter of Zion; for behold He comes, and He will dwell in the midst of you (Zechariah 2:10). The Lord is your Shepherd to feed, guide and shield you. You shall not lack. He makes you lie down in fresh, tender green pastures; He leads you beside the still and restful waters. He refreshes and restores your self; He leads you in the paths of righteousness for His Name's sake. Yes, though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death you will fear no evil, for He is with you; His rod to protect and His staff to guide, they comfort you. He prepares a table before you in the presence of your enemies. He anoints your head with oil, your cup runs over. Surely only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow you all the days of your life, and through the length of your days the house of the Lord and His Presence shall be your dwelling place (Psalm 23).
